We are so proud to offer Aurora Huamans' coffee. She is a 50-year-old coffee producer who owns and manages her farm, located at 1,584 meters above sea level in El Horcón, in the district of La Coipa, San Ignacio province, Cajamarca region.

Aurora stands out as a deeply committed and hardworking producer, recognized for the care and dedication she brings to every stage of coffee production. She manages her farm with great responsibility and attention, maintaining healthy and productive coffee trees while placing strong emphasis on working in harmony with the natural environment.

This careful and respectful approach not only reflects her dedication as a producer, but also allows her to achieve a coffee of very good quality with a strong sustainability profile. We are proud to be able to share coffees and stories like Aurora’s, and to help give visibility to the work and journey behind each lot.

With flavors of rose, berries, caramel and mango, this coffee is excellent for a filter brew, but in an espresso, it will express more complex acids, sugars and deep richness.
