Hario Immersion Dripper Switch

The Switch is Hario's V60 cone on a silicone base with a stainless steel ball valve. Close the switch, add coffee and water, let it steep, then press the switch to drain through the paper filter. Leave it open and it brews as a normal V60. Two techniques, one dripper, and the immersion step makes results easy to repeat at home.

Works with any of our origins. We roast for filter on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Barcelona.
