A difficult coffee to find in large qualities, but worth it when we can.
If you like apple pie, and cinnamon rolls, then this coffee makes a fantastic filter or espresso for you. Roasting it is an experience in itself, as the aroma of cinnamon is truly overwhelming and owes itself to not only the excellent quality of this Caturra, and Catuai harvest but the honey processing and care William Elizondo Carvajal has employed in Los Santos Coast Rica.
With decently prominent acids, this coffee is also a lovely cup for people who try to extract on the more sour side, pulling the green apple and cinnamon notes, over the brown sugar and pie flavors. This SCA 87.25 is genuinely a treat that unfortunately won't last long.
