A few things about shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over 40 €:

- Eligible in:

     Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

     -Balearic Islands.

- But not:

     - The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla ( someday we hope to do so)

2. Free shipping on coffee orders over 80 € in Europe:

- Eligible countries:

     - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. 

4. Companies we work with and delivery times:

- In Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands):

     - Operator: Seur or Correos

     - Estimated delivery time: 24-72 hours

- Europe (International):

     - Operators: Correos, UPS and DHL

- International (rest of the world):

     - Operators: UPS and DHL.

     - Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days depending on destination.  Some locations are not available at this time.

 

5. Days of operation and shipping:

   - Orders are boxed up and shipped On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. This means all shipping times are in relation to shipping days of the week. Therefore, if an order is received on a Friday it will be shipped the following Tuesday

   - Tosco Fino roasts in small batches, only on Tuesday and Thursday of each week.

6. Duties, taxes and customs, by destination:

• United States: your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We prepay US customs duties and import-handling fees when we ship, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. (For orders over US$800, US customs collects duties from the recipient instead — if that affects your order we will contact you before shipping.)
• United Kingdom: shipping rates cover transport only. UK VAT and any carrier handling fees are not included in the order price and are collected from the recipient before delivery.
• Other non-EU destinations: duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country; customs clearance may cause additional delays or costs. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for detailed information.

7. General clarifications:

   - Tosco Fino is a brand of Red Thread Food Group SL. Red Thread Food Group SL  reserves the right to modify these policies as necessary and reviews them on a monthly basis for modification.
